Over 30 years experience as a land use and wildlife specialist for government and industry. 28 of these years have been in oil and gas as drilling permit, right-of-way and compliance specialist as well as construction and remediation coordination and oversight. Experienced in dealing with the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Forest Service and other regulatory agencies, as well as private landowners.

Experience has been primarily in the Rocky Mountain States of Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Montana and North Dakota. Authorized by the Bureau of Land Management to conduct Black footed ferret, Raptor, Sage grouse, Mountain plover, and Pygmy rabbit studies.
